Above + next time onwards start drinking chamomile tea a week prior to when you expect the cramps.

No harm even otherwise. Drink teas, it's good for the gut and mind anyways. It did help one of my friend who had a history and she swears by it. Sorting to pain killers may not be good for the body always.

Do you eat clean and drink enough water ? I used to cramp bad every period since I first got them when I was 13. I’m 30 now. But then since the pandemic started I was able to switch to clean home cooked food and increased my water intake. And now I have nearly painless / no pain periods.

What are some way to ensure that she is still getting exposed to other and not socially awkward?
