Deloitte GPS Business Analyst vs Mercer Health Consulting Analyst?
Deloitte's offer is 7K more and in a cheaper area. Equal interest in both jobs, slight preference for Mercer for people + culture. Leaning towards Mercer because I graduate in Dec and can start in Jan vs having to wait until next summer for Deloitte + location (although higher COL)
Concerns:
Exit opportunities
Pigeonhole-ing myself into health consulting / How hard would it be to join Big 4 in a year or two if I don't like it
Any suggestions or advice to study for the LSAT?
Does anyone at Rutgers know where I can find a flexible part-time job for students on campus? I only found two campus positions on handshake and haven’t heard back from either yet. I feel like there has to be a lot more out there than what I’ve seen on handshake
Something similar to the digital classroom support specialist or tech help desk would be great. I consider myself tech savvy

Work your side hustle in the hours outside work until you no longer can’t. It may be grueling, but that’s what entrepreneurs do. Then assess if you can float yourself financially if you quit your day job long enough for your side-hustle to support you. Good luck!
If you look up the back story of most successful entrepreneurs, you'll find that the vast majority had to really grind to get their ideas off the ground. I know it sucks, but if your ideas truly have merit, it will be worth the extra effort and lack of sleep in the long run. If you're really unsure whether a particular idea is worth pursuing, you might want to look into working with a business coach, but beware - it comes with a cost. Doing your own research might be better.
What would the repercussions be for you working on your side hustle in your off hours? If you really want to be able to work on your business ideas, you may need a job that will allow you to do so on your off time. Otherwise, you will need to squeeze in your business planning/getting it off the ground in your limited free time. You can do this if you're determined & committed!
Definitely review your employment contract before beginning anything. Lots will have assignment clauses that give the company ownership over what you create while you work there.
If the company pays you well, you can start outsourcing some of the tasks. If you find a system that will work, keep using your salary to grow your business. If that isn't an option, try switching to a more flexible job. Nowadays, you should be able to find a remote position that will give you more flexibility.
At the end of the day, you have to do what is best for you. I say go for it. Now is the time.
I think, for now, the best thing to do is to gather as many resources as you can. You can still work on your ideas while working full-time. If you think you are now ready, then go for it. Best of luck!
