I have a coworker on a project who is not contributing their fair share... I'm afraid I'm already viewed as too aggressive in the group so I haven’t been vocal about it. I think I may stay silent.

Ahh... you're better off not approaching them and letting the peer review process resolve it. The project manager is bound to find out.

I agree with the comment to not approach this person directly. I'm surprised the lead hasn't noticed this by how this person meets deadlines and produces work output-Good luck and hang in there!

Has any other coworker noticed the "lack of contribution"- you want to make sure you're not the only one on the team noticing this 👀

It's a small team, but yeah one other feels the same. Ideally I would just approach them directly... honestly I'd be doing them a favor.

How do you call out a senior team for stealing your idea that you presented and wrote months after the project is done? I don’t want to be a dick, but these people are acting like they helped on something they didn’t help on, and I can’t wrap my head around ever doing something like that. I know getting credit for your work is important, how do you protect it from more senior teams? Do I just ask them why they’re doing it?

My band is BPO 1 & joined TCS in March 2020. I'm currently working as an analyst in a UK based IT service desk project (retail, CBO). my joining CTC was 5LPA & current is 5.6LPA. Graduated 2019, admitted late 2019, been practicing almost three years. First two in LT lit, then almost a year in transactional. Making $70k now working from 9:30-7:00.. almost non- stop. No time for lunch type of work dynamic. Daily tasks: Attend 1-2 closings and 1-2 signing contract with client . I don’t mind the work, just $70k is hard to sustained a living, any ideas on how I can transition to a better paying transactional practice area? 😐
