Hi! I’m an Admin Assistant at a financial investment company in NYC making 72k+OT+bonus. I’m about to start interviewing again for similar roles, how do you recommend I negotiate? If they ask me, I want to give them a range between 100-115k but do i tell them that’s before bonus or total and whatnot? not sure if that seems high but i believe my skills are reflected in that amount (also living in nyc isn’t cheap lol). Hi , I worked in 2 different companies in financial year with different basic pay , HRA . I have opted for new tax regime in first company so tax is deducted accordingly ( no HRA is claimed ) . Second company did not deduct tax as it is only for 2 months and amount earned less than 2.5 lakhs. Now I am filing returns by changing tac regime to old . I want to claim HRA .
