Not with that attitude. You have 3 years of experience in IT Risk “Advisory” where you assessed critical points of your client’s IT operations for resiliency. Every night you go to bed. I want you to whisper to yourself “I’m not an IT auditor” 3 times. What I’m trying to say is spin the crap out of your experience to fit whatever role you’re applying for. If not, try to switch practices within your firm. If those two don’t work, consider an MBA.

Exactly this.

I recently had to be honest with myself and identify that I m dealing with mental health issues. Issues that affect not only my personal life but my daily work. I like the company I work for, but I realized that they only work with the bare minimum required by law to provide “reasonable accommodations.” Do you know of any companies actually working on their DEI to make an impact with employees that struggle with mental health or preventing employees from developing these issues from their work?

So our school board just fired our principal last tonight. He was terrible for the last five years but decided now would be a good time. Our head secretary who has been here for 30 years took a different position at another site two weeks ago because of that principal. We start school in three weeks with no principal, no head secretary, and no schedule for distance learning. Please pray for me 😐

What is a competitive Amazon non-technical program manager offer? I’ve been invited to interview and in their intro note they already asked what total expected compensation (base, bonus, equity). I responded to their other question but left that one as ‘I need to complete more research’. It’s hard to find information online / on Glassdoor. However in the interview I know it will come up again and will want to provide a more confident answer
