You can probably ask him to do below two items, not sure this provides fix altogether:
1. Ask him to switch on auto correction of spellings while typing. About 60 to 70% will get auto corrected, and rest will be red lined below which he can correct by right clicking and selecting the right spelling
2. Advise him to take action writing classes either with in firm or outside

(Cont)... and live edits are a painful slow process with every other word needing a right click to replace spelling. How can I give constructive coaching here? Are there courses or anything that exist to address something like this, or is it just a matter of telling him to slow down (which likely means delivering less) to read through everything multiple times?
While I’m not suggesting this is the case, it’s also possible that this is a legitimate disability (I have a family member who has gone through her life with this disability). It’s super awkward since on the surface, it just appears sloppy.
Based on my experiences with this, I’d suggest talking with the person about what you’re seeing. If it’s as simple as slowing down and double checking their work - great! Otherwise, you can suggest having them get their work peer reviewed by another team member before it gets to you. That can often be a good way to share knowledge across a team as well. But whatever you do - make sure you have the conversation.

Or you could both go to Review - > spelling in MS word/ppt and grammar check with one click instead of right clicking each wrong word to correct it.
