I plan to use my HSA debit card to pay it off, but when reviewing my bill the urgent care offers a 0% payment plan. Have a client who lost their original stock certificates but has pdf copies of the original certificates. The client now wants replacement stock certificates. I am close to three doctors, and they are all cardiologists. They work very long hours (most of it is spent sitting around doing nothing from what I can tell). Is our job harder than theirs?

If you don’t have 8 hours of billable time a day, do you leave as is or do you fill in the gap with non-billable work? While I am in the office, I don’t always get the billable amount since I don’t have enough work. Seems like a waste of time to enter non-billable time just to fill in the gap but I also don’t want them to think I am not there and slacking off.

What’s the norm?

How are people able to say that they’re “on track to bill X hours” this year? I feel like there are always ebbs and flows with work so I feel confused when people rely on past hours as an indicator.
