Good attitude, communicate excitement to work for Ey, highlight transferable skills, good working values (collaborative, allowing space for others inputs, etc)
Give the energy of someone you would wanna work with
It is the final interview, so you’re probably the selected one. Relax, be yourself with good communication skills. Also add excitement and energy to eager to work for EY and prepare with lots of questions. Just don’t do something that you haven’t done in the previous interviews. In my final round, we spent the entire time talking about our hobbies and vacation spots. But every partner is different so prep yourself both ways.
Yeah your selected at this point. (95% sure). Partner is just trying to get to know you personally. I pretty much just asked questions about the firm during this one
Don't have any more advice to add other than what's already been said, but just figured I'd pop in and say congrats on making it this far! You've got this!!!

Other than that just be yourself and try to put your best foot forward. At that point, you want to make sure you’re someone they’ll be happy to see around the office
Ehhhh as a college grad you won’t have much negotiation power if any^^
Congratulations on making it to the last interview. More than likely this is just a personality test. They want to get to know you and how well you will fit in the office. Just be yourself. Research the company and their values. Find alignments between your values and theirs.
Just be yourself. The interview with the partner is more of a “culture fit” interview. As long as your personable and show interest in the firm/position, you should be fine. From my experience it’s more of a conversation than them asking you behavioral questions or anything like that
Sort of echoing the above statements but I would highlight your interest in working with highly motivated individuals from all walks of life. The overwhelming majority of people here are very respectful and are aware we work to provide for ourselves and families, so management is flexible and accommodating as long as you put in the effort. If you’re interviewing for consulting - mention the firm split and how you would like grow and take on challenges as new client opportunities arise. This shows you’re keeping up with EY and have a growth mindset which the partner will appreciate.
Most importantly, Go Noles!
