I have always loved the Brian Burns approach - ask them to define the perfect SDR and then explain to them how you're that. This way you're in control of the conversation.
One that may pop up is how you would approach prioritizing your accounts for prospecting. (Assuming itโs outbound)
I like this approach and it's very critical to show them your approach/process
Iโm always impressed with candidates that take the time to ask me clever questions. Donโt be shy to ask what made them join the organisation, what they would expect from a new joiner in the first 30 days, how they would describe the culture and for feedback at the end of the interview
