I have a final round for a BDR role doing a mock pitch on what the company is. It’s a bi panel interview with 45 minutes of QA. What types of questions should I prep for?

I am a new attorney (one year being barred) and I have no confidence when it comes to taking deposition, mainly because English is not my first language. I was taking a deposition last week and the Corp was kind of making fun of me especially when he asked me “what I am asking is a request or demand” and again “what I am asking is a question or an order” I was stunned and didn’t know what to say!
I just need advise from all experienced attorneys how can I improve my deposition taking skills?

Need a suggestion badly for my friend. He absconded from X company after working 1 month but his UAN number was created by that time. Now after some break , when he got offer from Y company , they found this details from UAN verification while BGC and asking for clarification.

Please let me know if anyone else here faced any same kind of situation and how to tackle this ? Can they terminate the offer or they will accept ?

What are some “typical” career paths for Account Executives other than working up towards the largest enterprise AE roles. After being in sales for 6 years, I’m relatively naive to any other than “leadership” and wonder what other options to consider are out there. I love the product I sell currently, but my company was acquired recently and comp plans changed. Any advice on doing this in a tactful way?

Does anyone feel like the AEs crushing their numbers generally walk into a great account versus working really hard on prospecting? I’ve worked for Microsoft and Servicnow as a Strategic AE and I rarely saw the successful AEs (+200% attainment) doing any prospecting or needing BDR.

Finally after many rejection, i have an offer to me as BDR for a saas company that just setting up a new team here in my country. I count myself blessed though was through a recruiter that arranged the interview and offers. The Comp $55k base + OTE 40% of the base + Health coverage + 4days work week. What did you guys think?

Hey all- I’m a L&D Professional with some sales experience. I want to jump into Sales L&D but many roles require sales experience. I’ve helped close complex sales for large scale project work but have never been held accountable to monthly revenue targets since it wasnt my primary role with the exception of a brief time spent as an SDR. Looking for input if I should just go for Sales L&D positions or start as an AE and then apply for Sales L&D. Currently have interview for AE role with Gartner.
