Do you wear your heels to happy hour?
Strongly considering working both roles simultaneously to save for a home down payment. What would you all do?

If you want to do things by the book, you would have to check the code of conduct at both companies to make sure you could do both jobs simultaneously. I doubt either codes of conduct would allow for that.
Do both. No one will find out.
I do consulting on the side to bypass working two full-time jobs.
I charge 225/hour for my consultation gig since I don't do as many hours.
If I were you, I'd keep looking for a more ideal position. I wouldn't jump for anything less than 20% and all my criteria met for the job role. It's not easy but sometimes it's worth holding out for an opportunity that pays more
