I have a google employee willing to give me a referral. Are referrals weighed differently according to the level that refers you? Will I get a recruiter screen at least?

I failed HC earlier this year, if I contact my recruiter again, do I have to go through the phone interview again or directly to loop interview?

Hi , I recently went through all the loop , HR round and final HM catch up for a Senior level role at Meta only to be not offered a role (went to an internal candidate). Recruiter was very sympathetic and offered to introduce to any other open roles I am interested in. Should I take him up on it ? I see 2 open roles very similar to the ones I interviewed for. Recruiter had no negative feedback from the teams . Has this worked out for anyone ?

I am a HR Generalist, I was called into my managers office and she informed me I was getting a verbal write up because she claimed I never told her that a supervisor was secretly changing peoples pay rates. I then said , that is untrue and I have screenshots that I sent to you on teams and a email that states I informed you of these issues back on June 6th. She then oh okay the write up is dismissed. Am I being to emotional to still be upset about this ?

Need advice: currently unemployed. got laid off last week. still applying and interviewing daily but can’t get over this one opportunity. the process has dragged on for a really long time. had a convo with the COO 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard back sense.
