I just saw a stat on SHRM that best in class orgs have $1,100 per employee budget for HR (including all HR FTE’s, systems, etc) this seems unreal. Is anyone willing to share how they develop their HR budget? And what’s included?

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. Looking for advice! I was approved to work remotely but my salary will decrease 10%. I received two raises so the decrease brings me down to my previous salary. I was told that it’s due to the cost of labor in the area.

I’ve been working as a contract TAS for 6 months in a medical device company. I started part time and as it became busier/my trainer quit, I became full-time. I applied for the TA position through corporate and would like some insight. the company is short staffed and my site specifically does not have good TA retention. For the salary expectation, I put in 85k which is in the range. I’m currently at 64k which is below the minimum of the range. Is this realistic?

Question: an employee was asked by his boss for same day turn around on responses/deliverables on a days he requested PTO. He completed the work. The manager wants to know if she can still deduct PTO time for the days requested, even though he completed work on those days. Help.
