JUST started a great job as a sr. EA supporting a C-Suite at one of the smaller but extremely well-known tech companies. However, Facebook (Meta) just reached out to me for a position supporting a SVP and a Director. Is it worth it to pursue the position at meta? Would it open more doors or set me back?

You and your resume are enough to secure the interview. Easy to say but do what you need to to relax the night before, good meal prior to the interview and just take it from there.
LinkedIn has a bunch of interview courses that are helpful. What insurance company if you don’t mind me asking? I work for UHC
When I was interviewed less than a year ago, it was fairly easy. Just explaining your prior experience and how it relates to the job you’re applying for . Good luck!
I can’t stress this enough- prepare for the interview. Know who you are interviewing with. Find them in linked in and write down their bio- research the company- test yourself with interview questions and the standard star questions which are based on behavioral questions and scenarios, such as tell me a time you handled this situation and what did you do to resolve that or tell me how you faced a work challenge . Be you- be honest and tell them why you want this specific role.
