Just got done with a final case interview. He didn’t have questions because we were over time but he said if he thought it was not worth hearing, he would have interrupted me. Then he said usually no questions is a good sign. He mentioned there are 2 other final interviews today so he needs to decide from 3 people. Finally he said that the offer will take until next week so you can hear something from us then?

I’m curious to know how many job requisitions a typical full time recruiter has? My job is a hybrid role and I am currently managing 30 reqs. Recruiting is supposed to take up to 10% of my workload. Am I being given too much responsibility?

Got feedback after 6+ rounds of interviews that i didnt receive an offer for the job I was interviewing for, main reason being i seemed "low energy" which impacted my conversations/communication at times. I am not sure why if they picked this up after 2-3 rounds why they would have me continue on, but I am not sure how to take this. Hi There - I'm considering a role in consulting. The role is London based and as some of you may know the commute into London by train is significantly expensive (especially compared to my pre-covid commute by car). So that I can properly consider any offers I may get - can you claim expenses generally when travelling to client site, if that client site is also in London (albeit a different part of London to where your home office).

In the long run, I am looking to work at companies like Microsoft/Amazon/Meta at Sr. TPM or higher level. I got an offer but there was a discrepancy in graduation month, I noted May but it was actually December. Was asked to provide explanation so now I am waiting to hear back.

How serious is this type of discrepancy?

I got an offer with fintech company and currently finished a background check. I saw a mark on my credit, partially due to write off that I have since paid out. Should I be worried over getting rejected due to employee credit. I haven't heard from my prospectove employer

Do you have trouble when other people take full credit for ideas that were at least partially yours, if not steal it outright? I'm in a really competitive department, and it matters if I stand out, but I also don't want to become petty and don't even know how to take the credit back anyway.

Does your office have alcohol available for employees on-site and will you be taking advantage? I've heard of some offices having it available and that weirds me out, but around 5pm if I'm staying late, that sounds pretty good.
