I have a job in a company in London starting 9th Feb but pay is very less pounds 35k per year, background check and every other formality is done. I do have some interview results pending. The notice period in this company is one week. What should I do? Should I join this company and then decide in case I get another offer. Will there be any negative impact ? Please provide suggestions

How do you reflect after a second or third round interview with the team/managers where the conversation is mostly chatty and light, there’s no real technical questions or anything and then you get rejected? With more technically driven conversations I can usually tell if I did a good job answering or not.

Hello Fishes, I am in the final steps of the interview process for JPMC @ as my HR discussion is now completed along with salary negotiation , last week. However, it has been a week since anyone responded with the offer letter . I can still see the status against the job id which I applied to , as "final steps are pending" .
