Hi I am currently in the interview process with Deloitte for a human capital consultant role GPS. They asked me for my salary range and I said 90 to 100 K. He said that they usually pay 80-90 but for me he can try 92-93. does this seem right? I have three years of experience

I’ve only ever been agency-side so really have no idea what to give as my salary expectations. 5 years experience, currently at 100k. Benefits are comparable (except now I’ll get equity). But I hear that at both brand-side and tech you can expect higher. If I asked for 140k would I be laughed out of the room?
