How one can come to know whether the BgC is successful.
I was interviewed in March and uploaded all my docs in April and joined tcs in Sept.
My offer letter was released twice because of mismatch in experience by HR.
So my BGC is not scheduled after accepting offer letter 2nd time.

3rd year in Big Law. In the final round of an interview where the total comp is still well over 200k. My firm doesn’t pay market now so it’s not a huge cut. My new employer sent me a work laptop and today in an onboarding call, the HR said that all employer laptops have an ActivTrak monitoring system and anyone who is away for more than 20 minutes will immediately get a call about less than a number of hours. I am thinking of buying a jiggler mouse which keeps moving on the screen so that it keeps the status active but I'm not sure whether the laptop can detect this or not. I don't want to work under anxiety of this stupid rule. What should I do?
