Can anyone describe Amazon’s culture for an associate corporate counsel,based on team? I have about 5years of work ex. Although i didn't start in product domain, I later on switched to it.

GM folks. Only 2 question please. I have a 760 GMAT, a top 5 MBA (big MBB feeder) & non-traditional bkgrnd. Recently dinged in the final rounds of Mck & Bain on-campus. Planning on re-applying next year.

1) My MBA GPA is borderline bad since I got the idea that once you have a top MBA, no one will look at grades. Will the transcripts of MBA matter if I apply as an experienced hire next year? What can I do now?

How do you all deal with the large number of LinkedIn requests from candidates that want to chat 1:1 when you are not the right recruiter for the position. As you can see, I work for a very large company with many divisions. I don’t know many other recruiters outside of the bubble of my greater team. I was interviewed by a company for Fullstack role (5 yrs exp). The manager told me (in last round) my interview went well, but it will take 4 to 5 days to release offer letter as he needs to create the job id first (he gave some weird logic, like hiring for a different loc, so needs to create job id and blah blah) I could smell the story right there.

Anyways, he said HR will get in touch for salary discussion (which is pending yet).

But I couldn't digest this logic, of creating job id

Hi.. I got an offer from Infosys. I have an experience of 5 years 9 months and my current CTC is 11 LPA. They have offered Senior Associate Consultant role with 13 LPA. I’m not sure how the hierarchy works here. Did they offer good designation or do I need to negotiate for a better role?
