You will be living like a king in Omaha at that price.
That is excellent for Omaha. You will live very comfortably. I grew up there but moved away for job opportunities. Everyone assumes its cornfields and hicks but Omaha itself is definitely a full grown city with friendly people, affordable COL, and small business friendly if you're someone who prefers local spots vs big box stores. If you're super outdoorsy, its not ideal - pretty flat and dry so not a lot of options for water or snow sports or hiking.
For Omaha…. You will be on MTV cribs with that kind of income
It’s a pretty neat comp not sure of the 15 yoe part
What I meant was I don’t know the impact of the 15 years experience on comp.
That’s pretty good. What company is this? I too want somebody to cover my housing
Let’s just say it is one the major construction GC in the area
In what industry?
Data Center construction
I've seen data center have crazy comp. The offer seems good considering the location (cheap COL in Omaha) but you really need to do your research... I'd recommend seeking out data center folks in particular and trying to talk to them.
Sounds like a good offer, is the 750 for personal travel?
What’s the bonus opp? How long is the project? How big is the project? Doesn’t seem that high, depending on answers.
That’s not bad. I worked in development for nine years and high $1s seemed to be normal for SPM for projects in the <$100M range.
When I have 15 years of experience, I’d want to be a partner making lot more than $180k base. The offer sounds nice for 3-4 years of experience
SA1 seems like you have lots of time on your hands since you’ve read all the comments. Are you on the bench? If so, there are tons of certificates to be earned, try that instead. Good luck
