I have a lot of family pressure to marry & it’s taking a toll on my mental health. They are ready to cut ties with me when I bring my bf up. This is out of societal pressure to marry within our community. My parents have also ruined their healths & guilt trip me about that. I have stopped talking to my family since a while for my peace of mind. My bf is on other coast, so long distance & finding a job on west coast during Pandemic isn’t easy! My company was acquired in Sept. new company didn’t do their due diligence for placing me, but now is reevaluating. I am going to be product strategy manager (our product managers are technical and don’t focus on the full PM scope of work) and product marketing as well. I’m thinking of leaving my insurance defense firm and opening my own practice the beginning of next year. What is a reasonable hourly rate/flat fee for estate planning or probate litigation?
