I also have a ton of hair and I like Morrocan Oil and Bumble & Bumble's invisible oil. Argan oil may work too. I like ones that are heat protectants, have some UV protection, and help tame my hair before styling.

It may be worth it to go into Sephora and get some free samples to see what you like best. Or any beauty supply store with a good return policy.

Honestly I’m in the same boat and I’ve been getting keratin treatments done every 4-6 months for the past few years. I don’t use heat tools to style my hair, and my hair doesn’t look horribly fried and dead like it used to. Not everyone can make the investment, but the amount of time and hassle it’s saved me has made it seem worth it

Yes I would, it has made my hair super straight, so if you had a little wavy hair before it would be straight, curly to less curly etc, but it’s awesome

Anyone else struggle with extreme redness/itchiness on toes/feet? Idk if it’s chilblains or poor circulation but it’s excruciating with this cold weather and low humidity. I’ve tried not using my space heater to avoid drying them out further but would love to hear any solutions. It’s 3 AM and I cannot sleep bc of this

I’m an SM and I’m currently exploring other opportunities. I’m in a very dynamic albeit ambiguous role where I oversee a team of 20, regularly facilitate internal and external strategic conversations with C-Suite, and get assigned to lead high-vis projects. The roles that I’m being offered are Director level and many seem to be lateral at best. Is this an age thing(32F)? Or am I doing a poor job of articulating my abilities?
