I also have a ton of hair and I like Morrocan Oil and Bumble & Bumble's invisible oil. Argan oil may work too. I like ones that are heat protectants, have some UV protection, and help tame my hair before styling.
It may be worth it to go into Sephora and get some free samples to see what you like best. Or any beauty supply store with a good return policy.
Honestly I’m in the same boat and I’ve been getting keratin treatments done every 4-6 months for the past few years. I don’t use heat tools to style my hair, and my hair doesn’t look horribly fried and dead like it used to. Not everyone can make the investment, but the amount of time and hassle it’s saved me has made it seem worth it
Yes I would, it has made my hair super straight, so if you had a little wavy hair before it would be straight, curly to less curly etc, but it’s awesome
Keratin or Brazilian is amazing. I am so much happier with it. I can basically wash and go and not worry
Briogeo heat protection creme. It's been a game changer for me and leaves my hair really soft after blow drying
