Can anyone help me in getting job at TCS
Hi fishes
I was supposed to have my Amazon Round 3 interview in the first week of May but the interviewer didn't join. My recruiter didn't reply for a few days and then rescheduled it.
Even in this rescheduled interview, my interviewer didn't join. This time my recruiter joined and said she'll reschedule my interview.
She still hasn't done that even after a follow up.
Is this common? Is this some kind of patience test?
I have no clue but I'm really frustrated at this point.
Please suggest

Short term - don’t be afraid to go the medical route. See a doctor, preferably a psychiatrist, and look into as-needed medication or a daily medication like an SSRI.
Long-term - you need to combine the medication with therapy (cognitive behavioral therapy) in order to approach situations differently. In a high pressure industry like this, anxiety likely won’t go away fully, but you will be able to manage it better and more importantly not have it spill over into your personal life.
There are a lot of great medications out there. Check with your doctor or therapist. There’s no reason to suffer when help is available
Therapy. Find a good psychotherapist who will work with you to figure out the source of your anxiety. You can google anxiety therapists nyc, and find some. Call them and interview them to make sure it’s a good match. You want someone who will work to figure out the source and not just treat the symptoms.
If you need short term anxiety help (triggers like public speaking and presentation), beta blockers are very helpful. You can get them without visiting a doctor in person on forhims.com. SF startup
Agree with ET1. See a psychiatrist. Meds will help take the edge off. It won’t get better on its own
I’ve been on antidepressants for almost 10 years and I will be the first to say they don’t make you 100% better, but they do help. And don’t be afraid to try multiple kinds I don’t know how many I had to try before I found the right one that worked for me

Also, understand your symptoms and what anxiety is. Try and think about why it’s there. Self-reflection helped me a lot more than any medication or therapy.
You aren’t alone, and you will get better!
Therapy over meds. One of them is a permanent solution, the other is an eternal handicap.
