Any advice on favoritism within your department? We have an HR personnel who's never on site but everyone else is required to be on site. She always complains that she's too busy for this or too busy for that and we do the same exact thing. So whatever she doesn't want to do gets pushed off to us. EVERYONE complains about her and is frustrated. It's been brought to my director's attention by numerous people but he just defends her. I'm not sure who I can go to now.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?
