During interview I was speaking to the hiring manager. Felt interview was going well. He seemed impressed by my answers, excited by my skills, and even gave me a tour of the office. At the end, he asked about my home life. When I spoke of my 3 young kiddos, the manager got a little taken back and replied Oh you have children? I said yes ages 3, 5, and 7. He then proceeded to ask me about daycare arrangements and if I can be reliable. Red flag as his demeanor changed and made me feel unworthy.

I have a bunch of family visiting for 2 weeks in December. Is there a company that I can rent a bed & mattress from for a short period of time? I found some companies but they require 4 month minimum. I’d rather not put them on an air mattress for so long and don’t need a permanent bed bc I have 3 bedrooms and and office and this would be going on the office, hence the need for it to be a rental. Joined Accenture as a Cloud Engineer. In December 2022, I will be earning a package of 12. Got one certification, aiming for 2nd one. All this within a span of 12 months. These are brilliant times in tech. Keep hustling. Success will be yours.
