I have a offer from ey india - client morgan Stanley with offer -23 lpa fix + 20 percent variable. I will be working from pune location. Project will be somewhat relevant to fraud detection
Another offer is from citi with 24 lpa,project related to market risk And third offer from hsbc of 20 lpa with project related to insurance domain and i will part of a team they call as api team.
Want to understand which offer should i go for ?
