Thoughts on the Glashutte Original 70s (below), and GO in general? Since I was a kid, I loved the look of the Patek Nautilus and AP Royal Oak, but the prices are prohibitive. The 70s from GO, meanwhile, is visually stunning with an original look that at the same time shares in the aesthetic I’ve admired from AP and Patek, is beautifully finished, and can be bought for $7400 immediately from a grey dealer. My one hang up is that $7400 is a lot for something not from Rolex or the Holy Trinity.

Cisco is hiring multiple people for same position. They are not re-negotiating on counter offer. So ask the highest that you want. Go for 40 lpa or more given your yoe.
I had first offer from Cisco and asked for 40% hike. Now I have offer with 150% hike and they are not matching. So ask for more.😶
