Roughly:
60k gross -> 20k taxes + 40k take home.
40k takehome -> 20k living + 20k savings

Lower 20k living to 15k if spouse also works.
Adjust for tjanstepension/lonevaxling contributions. Read up how retirement works in Sweden.
Adjust for children, current/future. Read up how childcare works in Sweden.

Curious to know why you have an INR savings target. Planning to return to India in the future? If not, you need a new plan considering state pensions, tjanstepension and KF/ISK, aktie etc. because your savings plans need to tailor to the Swedish system to achieve your financial goals.

Mild as in there’s just passing comments about me, I’m the only woman on the team, I’m steamrolled a ton in conversation and generally made to feel stupid/awkward. I’m fairly outgoing and outspoken as well, never felt this way at ANY company before.
