I have a package of 35LPA, i get in hand around 1.7L per month. Now, I have been offered onsite in Sweden and they are offering 60000SEK. I am not sure, how much to ask. I feel that amount is less and end up less that what I save. My wife also works we both save 2L per month. If I go onsite I have to save more that 2.5L, only then it will be justified. What number shall I ask ?
Isn't 1.7 lac on 35 lpa so less? I have 27 lpa and inhand is 1.65
What is your destination in lnt. I am. I am TL in mindtree and all fixed
Roughly:
60k gross -> 20k taxes + 40k take home.
40k takehome -> 20k living + 20k savings
Lower 20k living to 15k if spouse also works.
Adjust for tjanstepension/lonevaxling contributions. Read up how retirement works in Sweden.
Adjust for children, current/future. Read up how childcare works in Sweden.
Curious to know why you have an INR savings target. Planning to return to India in the future? If not, you need a new plan considering state pensions, tjanstepension and KF/ISK, aktie etc. because your savings plans need to tailor to the Swedish system to achieve your financial goals.
I wanted to return back after project completion. Usually our projects will be max for 2 to 3 yrs. post that we have to come back.
60K is less You should target atleast 100k to match 35 lpa
Agree with him, atleast 80K SEK should be there.
What is your tech stack?
Did you accept sweden offer ? If yes how much you are getting per month now ?
