In June I was done with my TR and MR round in tcs later got an email that I've been shortlisted and to upload my documents. After that no hr has come back to me and still my status on ibegin portal is showing interview - evaluation in progress.

Now last week I applied for a similar role again and my interview went well.

Now my question is do I need to upload documents again if I get shortlisted?

This is regarding Evolent Health Group's action. The role was of IT Auditor. I qualified 2 rounds and job role was actually high demanding. During HR round, I told them about expectations.
After 4 days someone reached out to me on phone saying that job hiring has been put on hold.
They'll call me next year.

I mean, why time was wasted.

Can I do anything in this situation?

Okay MACC or MBA with a Concentration in Accounting?? The MACC is $17,000 online and the MBA is $19,000 online. Both programs are great honestly. My ultimate goal is to become a CPA. How long is too long when waiting to hear from HR? Got told by first round interviewer that I’d hear back in a week or check in (she told me after we interviewed; we talked over over coffee privately) and that Id move on to final round.
