I have a pivot table which has summed the number of minutes a task has been completed. I want to transform that to hours. I have tried to do =pivotminutes/60 and it works, but I can’t drag and apply the formula to all rows since it’s pivot data. It shows up blank. What am I missing?

I got a call from Deloitte for a senior analyst role at and after clearing the main rounds I’ve been told that I’ll be working as an analyst role as I don’t have 3 years of experience (2 years 11 months to be exact) and this April I’ll be anyway completing 3 years. Excel gurus I need help ASAP! Is there a way to convert a process flow into a checklist in excel? The main confusion I’m having is how to take the diamonds of the process flow and based on the response convert that into a checklist.

I have a date I need to match to an array of strings (that represents dates). Eg matching 6 nov 20 to (20201106, 20201107, etc. ). I can convert my date into this format using text(date,”yyyymmdd”) but then my lookup tried to match “20201106” with that list and the “ causes a mismatch. Any hints, and I would prefer not to change the array format?

Is there a good tutorial out there to automate creating pivot tables and then creating a PowerPoint pres with those pivots? Trying to do with with macros and the syntax is really giving me a hard time.

Hotkey question. Let's say I have 10 rows of data. Added a new column, want to quick fill cells. When I use Ctrl+ down, it select 10k rows because they are all blank. Any better option??

My work has been 90% Excel based 10% Access/SQL based and friends at other firms seem to be using way more advanced programs.

Is there an easy way to convert a manipulated pivot table to a normal table but automatically retain all the subtotal formula and grouping? Trying to count the maximum number of overlaps in at a given time in a series of date ranges. Finding an overlap is easy, but not sure how to cycle through date ranges while keeping a Max count
