Don't look out for attractive pay scale always, less pay scale of Google will give more benefit in long term. Its my personal opinion, if you are inclined towards money then go for higher CTC . Best luck

Google is the best bet tbh, but I think Novartis is a v good option - I work with pharma, they're coming out with some innovative drugs etc and have really good projections for the future

I was recruited and also applied to two jobs. I had two of the interviews this week and one that is tomorrow. I feel confident I will be offered the job by two companies. Would you take the best paying job, which is Blackstone as an Associate, and move 3 hours away with kids or stay put and make less with a Director title?
