I have a query on variable bonus component at EY GDS. Is the average 10% variable bonus based on fix component? Like if someone's fix component is 20 LPA, do they get an average of 2 lac variable bonus?

I am currently working for a private bank as an internal auditor with 8 years of experience. I recently got an offer from PwC assurance services for an SM position. In my current role, I have limited opportunities for career progression and promotions are based on years spent rather than personal achievements. The offer is %20 less in terms of salary compared to my current but this role offers professional growth opportunities and chance for abroad experience. Is it illogical to make the change?
