I have a question for whomever may be able to help. I am considering a transfer to another location from my restaurant to another closer. There are a ton of shady things going on at work. One of them being told not to message my boss on hotschedules. That in person or over the phone is more "convenient" for him. I am encouraged not to speak to HR when asked for the number(found it myself since I was ignored). I feel like he is covering up his mistakes(without spelling it out). Thoughts?

Anyone else struggling with moving forward I. Their company? I work with three men and two women, the two women are not in my department but the three men are. How some people are clearing interview and then getting into a project even though they don't have any skills, no desire to learn new things, can't perform a very very simple task even though it's already documented clearly, totally burden on team members. They don't even try to do basic troubleshooting when they faced simple issues, rather asks stupid question to junior who is having only 1 years of experience and ask for solution.

How do I not let my resentment for my boss show? Lately, he DGAFs about hitting me with useless work at the last minute and I've noticed myself giving him a bit of attitude in occasion.

My boss the general manager is setting me up at work. She is saying all this stuff about me that is not true at all. But when I come into her shift or come into my shift after hers nothing is done for me. A lot of the prep is not done. And she complains about me not doing the prep. Stuff Is still dirty. One day she left the grill on. Etc. There was another manager there training to run another store and she said I basically do a lot of the work while she doesn't do much. So she stood up for me.
