Job Description
You have spent countless nights living in hotels. So much so that the staff, including the GM, know your name. Yeah, we have been there too. At Sabre Hospitality Solutions (SHS) you may find yourself speaking to the GM of a hotel, but it won’t be about your extended stay. The Role
As a key member of the SHS Business Operations team, you will report to the Head of Business Operations. This high performing team is designed to cultivate the future leaders of our business. Your energy, drive, problem solving and ability to synthesize key insights will enable driving significant impact in our Hospitality business.
Job Description
Work closely with the Head of Business Operations to ensure SHS achieves its 12-month ambitions
Partner with the Portfolio Integration and execution team to ensure Business Operations is driving the business towards its MYO milestones
Evaluate initiatives against the organization’s strategic priorities and ensure the relentless pursuit of selected initiatives
Identification of efficiency opportunities through internal and external sources of qualitative and quantitative data
Establish and maintain predictive analytics tools to provide compelling insights for senior leaders
Maintain a high-level overview of business health and bring a full scope of knowledge of all business units to help drive financial goals and investment decisions through Strategic Ops review
Stand up and manage monthly integrated business reporting content, structure and cadence to cascade into SHS and pan-Sabre reports, business reviews and Board meetings
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
Required: At least 12 months experience in a top management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, Boston Consulting Group or Strategy& etc.)
Experience across a broad range of business and functional topics, including but not limited to: Enterprise transformations and organizational effectiveness, portfolio and business unit/functional strategy, evaluation of business cases, investment opportunities and M&A
Industry experience in a technology and/or service environment (high tech, banking/financial services, etc.), preferably with some technology platform responsibility
Strong consulting toolbox (HDA, deck writing, financial modelling etc.)
Prior stream lead experience in a formal or informal capacity
Thought leader with the ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with all levels of management and the capability to guide, educate, & influence the thinking of senior decision makers
Ability to distill complex information into simple and meaningful insights & conclusions (and bring everyone along to drive alignment & action)
Previous experience with large, geographically dispersed, multi-functional global organizations
