What is your strategy for meeting your KPIs? I'd have quantifiable data at the ready to show you have a proven track record. What is your leadership style? Etc. It would be back and forth of you determining how they typically operate which you should more or less know by now since it seems you implied you've interviewed with others before the COO. Match that with your experience and sell yourself as a great fit talk a lot about growth and you're golden.
