I have a Southwest LUV voucher that expires before I can travel. If I book before the date and cancel the flight, does it keep the same expiration date or can I get a credit? Looking for a way to extend the date.

Travel funds no longer expire so you can book a flight and cancel. The expiration date will have no date after.

I never thought about this. Thanks for the clarification, EY1. Thanks for asking this question, OP!

Back in May 2021, I rented a property that had sustained damage during the big snow storm. This wasn't disclosed at lease signing. The home leaked every time it rained, mold was found in the home & the LL failed to make repairs that resulted in me falling down a flight of stairs. I moved out& rented an apt for 2 mos before signing a lease on the house I live in now. This house has a serious big problem& I've found mold here too. Continued below

I have 32k miles with THY that are about to expire. Normally I'd go ahead and book a flight, but I can't project which countries might be locked down again 5-6 months from now (haven't accrued enough PTO to travel in near future). The only other way to keep the miles is to pay $10 per 1000 miles, as far as I know. Are there other strategies?
