Does anyone at Rutgers know where I can find a flexible part-time job for students on campus? I only found two campus positions on handshake and haven’t heard back from either yet. I feel like there has to be a lot more out there than what I’ve seen on handshake

Congrats on landing an interview. Twilio's a great place to work. Have you checked interviewquery?
Visit the refreshed, newly updated Twilio Careers page, which has a detailed section about culture. Learn the Magic values and be ready to tie your past professional experiences to them. Know your resume and experiences well, and be ready to share how they will transfer to Twilio and specifically the role you’re interviewing for. Think about wins and obstacles you’ve encountered and what you’ve learned along the way in your career. In my experience, people at the company are friendly and care about you as a person beyond just who you are on paper. I encourage you to be authentic and feel out if you also see Twilio as a good fit for you, as much as your interviewers will be assessing the same. Good luck!
