I have a table in sheet1. Column examples are ID, Initiative, Owner, etc. I’d like to use that table as a growing list of inputs. I’d like for sheet2 to be used by another team for other types of data inputs. But I need sheet2 to automatically populate the IDs from sheet1 as they change. Thoughts?

Just create a named range on the ID list on sheet1 and reference it in sheet 2

Example:
Ctrl + F3 in sheet 1, New named variable, and in the "refers to" use =COUNTA and =OFFSET. This way the named range will automatically update as soon as a new input is inserted*

Let me know if you need help with the formula

*assuming both files are in the same computer ofc

If the file is shared, you can protect Sheet 1 with a password and hide it (if confidential) let the rest input data in Sheet 2.
Link the two together for sheet 1 to pick up data from sheet 2.
We can bring in power query too that will update automatically provided the files are linked. It will update automatically

Hey! This is a difficult question but here it goes...

I started freelancing in digital marketing in 2018 and I created an agency, it's not legally registered but I have been using the name and putting myself out there as an agency.

In 2021 I started working at another agency and they made signed a non compete agreement. I left that job a few months ago and I'm back to freelancing but I'm worried about the agreement potentially being a pain in the # now or in the near future. Any advice?

Hello, I just received an offer with Chase for the Relationship Banker position with the pay rate of 50k yr + commission. Do you think it is a fair pay rate or I can negotiate for more? Also, they just mentioned to me at pre offer step that if I quit or change within the first year or two, I will have to pay for the lincenses' fee. Does anyone know how much would it be for the fee? And also am I still able to keep the licenses if I leave?

I am a software leader with total 13 YOE with the last 5 years in a program on SF platform and I was looking for a Sr. PM or Sr. TPM role at SF. I understand that the referral system is quite strong at SF. Any other ideas on how to get my foot into SF? I applied to many positions but never heard back from the SF recruiters even when my experience was relevant for the role. Also any ideas of the salary levels for Sr. PM/TPM?

Anyone here working in corporate sustainability? I think ‘sustainability’ is often conflated with climate change but it’s so much more. I’m focused on the ES&G elements from a corporate wide perspective (ie not from a purely investment analysis angle). Im interested to hear from those with experiences of getting people from across the org to feed in to sustainability metrics and reporting. Say for example HR feeding in with DE&I metrics.
