I have a take home case study for a strategy role at a growth stage startup. With case studies like this, are you supposed to email to ask for more data? They say I can ask questions if I need clarity but it’s not clear if They can provide more info or not, anyone got any experience with this?

Any recommendations for soothing a cold with ear pain? (aka hurts when you swallow). It's the eustachian tubes that are clogged, I believe.

I usually have slight ear discomfort with other ailments (wisdom teeth, canker sores), but it would normally go away pretty quickly (or be mild).

I've connected it to the phlegm stuck in my throat, but short of wrecking my throat, does anyone know a way to ease all this discomfort?
