I have a tech background and 12 years of experiencem I have always done both project and product management. I'm now switching jobs and have received two very good offers. One as senior technical project manager, one as senior product manager. Somehow I'm more attracted by the company that offered me the project management position, but the other company, offering a role in senior product management, pays way more. I'm unsure about what career is better for my future and growth potential.

Does a federal clerkship make sense if my goal is to ultimately end up at a small firm or even , to start my own firm (which may be focused more on state matters with an occasional federal matter mixed in)?

Hi fishes, I am currently highly underpaid and already received an offer of 15 lpa but was looking for 20+ from Capgemini life sciences consulting. So after a period of burnout, leaving and healing, i am ready to get back at things and i got two offers. Similar money (both pretty good) but one is a startup and the other a scaleup. Startup is 30 people, pre series A, lots of freedom to run the show, cool innovative product. Scaleup has interesting product, and id run one of the growth areas, some good people with interesting backgrounds too, series C. I come from corporate (public, +2000 people). Any thoughts for me? What are some best practices for tracking usability study findings? From my experience the findings usually stay offline in the usability study report but project manager wants to track the findings against stories in Jira.
