Wanting to make a shift into strategy/mgmt consulting from HealthIT. Any good books out there to help prep? Looking for anything but preferably technical information to prepare for an interview.

I started a new job a month ago and I hate it! I hate the culture (there is no culture) the way that they communicate (no meetings everything in slack) and the way that they work (alone) It feels pretty much like I am freelancing and I thrive in collaborative environment. I have never felt this isolated in my whole life. It sucks.
Has anyone been in that situation? If I look for another job, should I remove that experience from my linked in? Or should I talk about that if I get interviews?

I am btech fresher recently got placement but i got a domain where no coding is required and more of functional work is there . So i want to switch to JAVA . Can you please tell me how should i proceed , in what order and what should i learn and any resources?? I have good knowledge of Core Java and DSA.

Want to explore moving to a different city but have enjoyed working with FCB. Has anyone moved between offices and had success? Or is it worth just moving on to a different agency?
