Option 1 is what I would choose personally, if the RSUs are worth a good sum. Otherwise you could always try for 2 but it’s not likely in my experience that most potential employers will do that and option 3 is kind of a fallback
Yeah that’s fair, it all depends on how much it’s worth, I mean I left my previous company and those shares were worth as much as I’d make up for in 1-2 paychecks at my new jobs so I was more like good riddance 🤣
Don't be penny wise and pound foolish. Is this a better opportunity? If so do your best to get what you can and move on. Or wait until after all of those things and then look for jobs. 2 is unlikely but you can ask.

I am in a similar situation. My bonus comes in Feb and there are hints the company will be sold sometime soon, giving me a significant pay out. Unless a new position offers me a significant boost in salary and opportunity, I am content to stay for now.
