Ever since I accepted an internship during 1L summer, I have felt pidgeon-holed into insurance defense litigation in some capacity. My current position is just that, but in a federal workers’ comp defense context. Is it worth sticking around for a year or more? The position feels like it is something I can do, but don’t love. I work from home and have minimal micromanagement, which is nice. But the isolation is getting to me as well.

Do US Citizen MBB candidates have just as much of a shot in foreign offices as they do in domestic offices?
