I have a masters in IO psychology and highly recommend it. It’s extremely versatile - I’m currently in change management, and others from my cohort have gone into HR, executive coaching, learning & development, people analytics, and other great fields.
What programs would you recommend?

Lol that was my background as I put myself through grad school. Yes, but make sure the program is more applied vs theory based. I'd also recommend looking to interning or working in those areas to get experience. Unless you know someone in that space, it's hard to get roles in it unless you network

Agree with I/O - it is what I see most commonly from people in the Talent Management space and could easily lead to OD work too depending on the company/team. However it is not a requirement if you have a good network within HR ;) Best of luck!
Can't speak to a Master's in OD, but I have I/O and echo the others on how versatile I/O is and can open many different doors and paths. I have held roles in Change Management, Org Development, Management Consulting, and now back to Talent Management. I can basically take any path I want.
