Hi Amazonians,
I am looking for guidance.
I am going to start interview process with Amazon next week. Probably all rounds will be done in 1-2 day time frame.
How/what should I prepare for interview?
Am clueless on what kind of ds & algo questions, system design questions are asked in Amazon interviews.
My techstack: javascript developer- react+Angular.
1. Pls guide me on what/how to prepare?
2. Also, will the interview be solely on da & algo and javascript; or on Js frameworks?

Need help from Amazon 🐠 Anyone interviewed for Amazon L5 BIE in GSF supply chain team? The JD said basic qualifications include data modeling, ETL, data warehousing and optimization. Any idea or experience how they will test these topics? Asking about related experience? Or show some data and ask how you will deal with that? Or like a case study, given a senario and ask how you think in order to tackle problem? Need advice/idea/experience urgently. Thanks in advance.Amazon @BIE

Probably to start over as a first year unless you have specific experience that can justify you being able to bill out as a second or third year.
This is a good thing too - longer runway means longer in biglaw which is usually a better deal for associates than downmarket firms they could lateral to.
I agree with P1. And expect a lot of pushback (read 'no').
First depends on your firm.. big law full service? Specialties? Consider why you seek tge change. Speak to others.. happy and not so happy assocs who made the change. Both exist.
Assuming you press on..A few suggestions, identify and exposure and experience you've had to transactional work. Think about the level of detail your exposure involved. ID Sr. Assoc/Partners leading your Ltd exposure. Ask for their support (referrals/references)... assuming they support your transition.
And...Consider discussing within your firm before going outside. Speak to your partner. Discuss career progression. Do your homework. Firms history of any/all assoc who made the transition. Know the details. Identify the success of their switch. If your work at your firm has been exceptional, they may be inclined to support the transition as opposed to losing you/replacing you altogether. The cost to backfil is not less than $5k using outside recruiters. DM for more info.
Meant to state 50k++ replacement cost and that's just recruiting fees
Agree w/PD1. Be careful who and how you approach internally.
