I have about 3 years of legal operations experience and more than 8 years of contracts experience in the utility industry. I am looking for legal operations positions and have not found many. Any advice? what other job titles I should be searching for? Thanks in advance!

I recently presented to some potential new hires on a video call. DURING the call, one of the potential hires sent me a DM on LinkedIn saying "Hey ;) Maybe we can collaborate" What the hell do I do? It feels so unprofessional. This guy has already been offered a job, we were just trying to convince them to accept. But I am uncomfortable.

About me: Clinical engineering degree 4 years of bioprocess engineering working with stem cells on bleeding edge research and development. Launching products, patents, collaborations etc. $75k/ year. Health and dental. No profit sharing. No equity.

Is anyone on here in life sciences / biotechnology industry with insight on which direction to pursue within this space for a large salary. Can anyone give insight on the potentials of a career in this space financially?

What are the exit options for someone who practices state administrative law in Texas?

I work on electric utility cases before the Public Utility Commission. It's so specialized I'm not sure what to do if I ever want to leave my V100 firm.

I'm considering whether I should try to switch practices to have more options later on.

Hey Recruiters, stop trying to connect with me on LinkedIn when I don’t know you - no you can’t have access to my contact. When you do send me message, maybe do a little home work. And when you do work with a candidate, update them regularly - it’s not that hard.
