I have accepted a job at Deloitte with a start date of 4/20. Would you push it off until after coronavirus settles down to have a stronger first couple weeks? I am still employed

Congrats! I’m not sure what you mean by a stronger first couple of weeks though...

I did not fill it out and did not specifically discuss starting on a project requiring a clearance.

Yes!

I’d be surprised if D doesn’t recommend pushing back your start date if they’re still on telework, unless there’s a project already waiting for you.

Ladies, love to hear your thoughts. I’m in my late 20’s with a handful of close gfs (most of them live far) but I have a history of losing girlfriends. I’m self aware to a fault and am very supportive/responsive but other than my core group, it’s hard for me to keep gfs around other than 6 month span. It’s happening to me again right now and it’s really hard, she’s going through something and pulling away/towards others when we have been VERY close before. Anyone else have this experience?

Roommate(and close friend) and I got an opportunity to buy the condo we're renting. We'd talked about maybe buying it in a year or two and really love our place but we both graduated and started working in June/July.

Condo: 350k
Salaries: 90-100k for both of us
$1500/mo in rent each

Savings: $12k/$1k (covers 3.5% FHA)
Sister offered $8k loan for closing expenses

Debts:45k/25k After all expenses, debt payment, savings I usually have $1k/mo to spend - not sure on him

Can we do it?

Found a random engagement ring.

Hi all, so I found a platinum ring (which I assumed it's an engagement ring as it has dates and initials engraved on top.) And a Divvy tag (I have no idea what it was until I googled it. Apparently it's a bike sharing service in Chicago) in a briefcase I ordered online. I was thinking of returning the item back to the store but that wouldn't help the person who lost the ring. Attached is a picture of them.

What should I do now?

Should I try to sign the 185 offer and try to see if I even get offer with MS and let the poly play out or should I just not worry about it and sign the current offer? I am pretty sure the compensation from MS is great.
