Wait for it to vest before giving notice. There might be some condition where you need to be an employee in "good standing" for it to vest, and putting in notice might jeopardize that status.

Much like big law bonus season, you want to wait until you've vested. There is always a chance that the day you give your 2 week notice becomes your last day not by choice and you're no longer employee able to vest or able to be considered in good standing for a bonus you rightfully earned.
