No. You’ve accepted a job at a role/level/title. You cannot negotiate it now.
Even pre signing you can’t negotiate it.
Fwiw many people feel underleveled. But you’re evaluated by your peers who have the opportunity to +/- you a level. If you were showing +1, you would have gotten that.
Watch Jeff Sipes video on how leveling works. HM, interviewers, HC weigh in on your level. Perform well to get promoted within a year, that’s the part in control.
No you are now locked in can’t believe this was a serious question.
There’s no need to speak down to people
Yes, you are quite possibly under leveled and no there is nothing you can do about it. Just decide if the comp/benefits is worth it. You can always use it as a stepping stone somewhere else in the future if it doesn't work out.
Or, reject the offer and interview again if you feel you can do better or have been under leveled
I don’t think so, there are a lot of examples where they have reinterviewed. Should be easier if you haven’t signed your offer letter. One of my team mates went through another set of interviews during the comp negotiation phase since the the TC was not as per their expectations. Basically to join in at the next level.
