People who joined this month did you guys received your joining bonus?
I joined on 12th and was offered a joining bonus but just received my prorated salary for 18 days and not the joining bonus.
Does Capgemini provide the same next month.
Any help in this! As I really needed that money due to some emergency

No one can force you to join. The clauses in the offer letter comes into effect on the date of you actually joining the company. So heres what you do, write up a sincere retraction letter and send it over to your recruiters. Being a Capgemini alumni I can vouch for the fact that there has been no such precedent of coercion as a systematic approach. Also, having sent retraction to the likes of Deloitte, Accenture and Zscaler recently I can tell you that my experience has remained quite pleasant with one of the recruiters even calling me back with words of advice for future prospects with them.
As soon as you are sure of not joining them. The companies themselves put out that they should get the word, if at all, with around a months notice. In my case I had responded with 2 weeks left to go.
Nothing really gonna happen. But yeah CapG HRs take all kinds of vows while giving offer.
