I have always a dream to do masters and for different reasons I was unable to pursue my masters. I have a question now as I now have 8 years of professional experience, does that mean when I do a masters in data science, will that negatively impact my salary as in whether I would start afresh and get a less salary than I am earning today or how does this work?

How to negotiate salary when you’ve given them a range? I recently panicked and told the recruiter my expected range. If I get to the offer stage, I assume they will offer me the lower end of my range and of course I don’t want to sound ungrateful or greedy, but is there a way to negotiate to a little higher?

Btw I would be fine with the lower end of my range if offered, I’m just curious because I gave a range and not a hard number, is there a way to negotiate?
